Terms of Service

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Agentic CS, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Notice. You must be 18 or older to create an account. If you use Agentic CS for a business, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.

2. The service

Shop owners can set up an AI assistant that answers their customers from documents and website pages they provide. Design Studio helps customers plan and build websites. Usage limits apply and may change. We may change, pause or stop features; for significant changes we will tell account holders in advance where we can.

3. Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe and do not share your account. Give us accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the documents, website pages, files and messages you give us. You allow us to store, process and copy them to run the service, including sending them to the providers listed in our Privacy Notice. You confirm that you have the right to give us this content, and that it does not include other people's personal data unless you are allowed to share it. Do not upload identity card numbers, bank card numbers or other sensitive personal data.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Agentic CS to:

• break any law, or help anyone else do so;
• mislead or deceive customers, or make your assistant pretend to be a person;
• send spam, harass anyone or share harmful or offensive content;
• upload malware, or try to break into, overload or copy the service;
• infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or privacy.

6. AI answers

Answers are written automatically from the shop's own documents and can be wrong or incomplete. Shop owners are responsible for the information in their documents and for keeping it up to date. Customers should confirm important details, such as prices, orders, allergies or deadlines, directly with the shop.

7. Payments

Design Studio prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are handled case by case; contact us at duocodetechu@gmail.com.

8. Suspension and closing

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people or the service at risk. You may stop using Agentic CS at any time and ask us to delete your data, as described in the Privacy Notice.

9. No guarantees

Agentic CS is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

10. Our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, lost data or lost business. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We will post any update here with a new date. For significant changes, we will also email account holders. If you keep using Agentic CS after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.
